  • When: 언제 가? = When do you go? (Lit. when go?)
    # 언제 is when
  • Where: 어디 가? = Where do you go?
    # 어디 is where
  • Who: 누가 가? = Who is going?
    # 누가 is who because there is no 누구가 that`s just baby talk for 누구 + the subject marker (가) becomes contracted not to 누구가 but to 누가
    # 누구세요? who is it?
    # 누구세요? Who is calling
    # 넌 누구냐? 응! who the hell do you think you are --- ?
    # 브라보! 누군가 외쳤다. Somebody shouted Bravo!.
  • What: 뭐가 가? = What is going?
  • How: 어떻게 가? = How do you go?
  • Why: 왜 가? = Why do you go?
    # 왜 쳐? = Why do you hit me?
    # 왜 울어? = Why do you cry?
    # 뭐 줘? = What do I give to you? or What do you give to me? [Depends on the context]
  • 어느 is which
    # 어느 책이 재미 있습니까? Which book is interesting?
  • 어떤 is what kind of
    # 선생은 어떤 사람을 좋아합니까? What kind of person do you like, sir?
  • 몇 + counter is how many times
    # 지금은 몇 시입니까? What time is it now?
  • 무슨 is which.
    # 무슨 색 옷을 사시겠습니까? What color clothing would you like to buy?
