#3 and #4 here below show that you can add 히 or 이 to a noun or verb stem to make an adjective

3. '-이'가 붙어서 부사로 된 것
add 이 to a verb to make an adverb

같이 굳이 길이 높이
많이 실없이 좋이 짓궂이

4. '-히'가 붙어서 부사로 된 것
add 히 to a verb to make an adverb
