Possession in Korean is showed with the 의 marker.
Just replace the apostrophe's in English with 의 and you have made the construction.
For example

John's book ==> John 의 book.
John's book ==> 존의 책
my book ==> me의 book ==> 나의 책. Now, usually 나의 becomes 내
my book ==> 내 책
your book ==> you의 book ==> 너의 책. Now, usually 너의 becomes 네.
your book ==> 네 책
walnuts: 열매 means fruit and 호두나무 means the walnut tree.
walnuts: 호두나무의 열매

Since there is little difference between 네 yours and 내 mine sometimes you will hear the m say 니 to make it clear which one is meant.

A: 네것은....
B: 내것 아니면 니것? mine or yours?
A: 아, 내것. oh, mine!

Finally, it is common to drop the 의 marker and simply mention the name and the thing possessed

1. 마이클의 자동차 (written form) = 마이클 차 (spoken form)
2. 누구 차야?
3. 리사 가방 진짜 예뻐 (spoken form)
4. 진짜? 나도 그거 사고 싶다.
5. 리사네 집 진짜 커
6. 리사네 학교도 커.

NB. A school, house, company and country are some of the 'group/organisation' nouns that require 네 attached to a personal name which are being possessive.
Any other personal items such as one's bag, car and so on do not need 네 attached to a personal name.
