하다: normal 타동사 .....
되다: (passive?) dictionary doesn"t say it"s passive. Just says 자동사. so it doesn"t take an object.
시키다: (타동사) 어떤 일이나 행동을 하게 하다

하다

되다

통신이 차단된 곳에 있었기 때문에 .... that"s why I didn"t call you. 되다 this is out of a persons" control so the passive is used
